WARRANTY PROCESS
The customer has 2 different options on how to warranty their product. They can either warranty their product through us or the manufacturer. Contacting the manufacturer will speed up the warranty process because they'll be dealing with them directly.
HOW TO WARRANTY YOUR PRODUCT WITH US:
1. If the customer decides to deal with us, we will need the customer to fill out the form below & wait for a response from us (24 hour response time, unless it is the weekend it will be a longer wait time). We will require photos of the issue with the receipt & date of purchase.
2. After receiving those details, we will then forward it to our manufacturer & wait for a response from them to know if they will cover it.
The manufacturer will either require the defective item to be returned to their facility or they may issue a replacement part with no return required.
