CONTACT A+ POWER SPORTS
1. The customer can contact us or contact the manufacturer. Contacting the manufacture will speed up the warranty process because they'll be dealing with them directly.
2. If the customer decides to deal with us, we will need the customer to fill out the form below & wait for a response from us (24 hour response time, unless it is the weekend it will be a longer wait time). We will require photos of the issue with the receipt & date of purchase.
3. After receiving those items, we will then forward it to our manufacture & wait for a response from them to know if they will cover it. The manufacture will either require the defective item to be returned to their facility or they may issue a replacement part with no return required.
