**FULL TIME POSITION**

JOB SUMMARY:

As an apparel & marketing specialist, you’ll report to the apparel & marketing manager and assist them with tasks. Helping with apparel sales online & in store, inventory, organizing & displaying clothing, and helping during open houses, events, and shows. As well as, help manage the online apparel store & create marketing content for the apparel social media pages. We’re looking for someone who has experience with powersports, retail, marketing, outstanding customer service, communication skills, willing to take responsibility to learn new information, motivated, and takes initiative.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Uploading New Apparel Arrivals into our System & onto our online apparel store
- Displaying Apparel in the Showroom & Keeping up with making the apparel showroom presentable, organized & the correct signage on everything
- Assisting at Open Houses, Events, and Powersports Shows
- Assisting with Apparel Sales in the Showroom / Over the phone / Online
- Checking out customers at the apparel counter
- Creating Invoices
- Contacting Customers when their apparel order is ready for pick up
- Assisting with Customer Service for the Apparel Department
- Knowing the apparel products & keep up with training on them & being knowledgeable about the inventory we have in-stock
- Assisting with the apparel social media pages
- Assisting with editing & updating the apparel website

JOB SUMMARY:
As a shipping & receiving specialist, their job is to ship & fufill online orders to customers. They must check over their work to make sure they're shipping the correct products to the correct address & have strong organizational skills to organize apparel inventory in the storage & shipping rooms. They will be organizing a lot of the inventory, supplies, racking, hangers & more. When we receive new arrivals, they will be the one checking in the product to make sure we got all the inventory we were supposed to & then reporting to the apparel manager & assistant to communicate any issues or things we need to order.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check in New Shipments of Gear when they arrive
- Manage the Shipping & Fulfilling of Online Orders to Customers
- Organize Inventory in storage room & inventory room
- Manage & Update Inventory
- Assist with displaying new apparel arrivals in the showroom & storage room
- Manage inventory of shipping supplies
- Clean & Organize the Apparel Showroom & Inventory room
- Organize Racking, Hangers & Apparel Supplies
